Breakfast
Served on the patio, between the two bhous and the cool of the pool, or up on the terrace facing the Koutoubia — beghrir and msemen still warm, pressed juices, fruit of the season.
Table & services
At Dar Nour el Houda the chef cooks what the market offers that very morning; lunches and dinners are composed with you, simply booked the day before. Around the table, the house arranges the rest — an escape towards the Atlas, a trusted spa, a driver waiting at the airport. The simplicity of luxury.

The table's hours
A chef in the kitchen, no menu on the wall: the table is composed with you, the day before — and follows the light, from the patio to the terrace.
Served on the patio, between the two bhous and the cool of the pool, or up on the terrace facing the Koutoubia — beghrir and msemen still warm, pressed juices, fruit of the season.
In the morning the chef walks the neighbourhood market — vegetables, herbs, the day's fruit. At noon the table is set in the shade of a bhou or beneath the pergolas, around cooking that is fresh and of the season.
Moroccan cooking in the tradition — tagines, couscous, the house's own pastries — and menus composed to your taste, booked the day before. Come evening, the table is lit by candles, on the patio or beneath the terrace sky.
Book direct and dinner is offered from two nights.
Experiences & wellbeing
The house keeps no catalogue of excursions — it keeps addresses. Buggy or quad through the palm grove, a camel ride at the hour the light softens, a hot-air balloon at dawn over the foothills of the Atlas, hikes into the valleys with trusted guides: every outing is arranged with providers chosen one by one. And since Dar Nour el Houda hides no hammam within its walls, it has allied itself with the finest spas of the medina — steam, a massage, then the calm of the patio to come home to.

Concierge & shuttle
The team shapes your stay before you arrive and day by day: tables to book in town, trusted guides for the Ben Youssef Medersa a few steps away, artisans to unearth in the souks. And when the occasion deserves it, the house lends itself to private events — birthdays, weddings, anniversaries — composed to measure, from the patio to the terrace pergolas.
From Marrakech-Menara, a private driver brings you to Place du Mokef, the nearest point to the riad — where we meet you, guide you through the derb, and carry your bags to the door.
€5 per additional guest beyond three.
